Usage

Begin By Assessing your Tolerance With Half a serving. Mix Serving with 8 ounces of cold water and consume 30 minutes prior to intense exercise. Do not consume more than two servings in a day. Some individuals may experience a harmless tingling sensation, which is attributable to Beta-Alanine. USE ONLY AS DIRECTED.
